TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE
By “Opting In” to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from Client Convert, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
This agreement is between you and Client Convert. All references to “Client Convert,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Client Convert, 90 W Myoak Dr, Eugene, OR 97404.
DEFINITIONS
“Opting In,” “Opt In,” and “Opt-In” refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages or automated communications.
“Text Message Service” includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies), and messages generated or delivered by automated systems, including artificial intelligence (AI) systems.
“Automated Communications” refers to text messages, phone calls, or other communications generated, initiated, or delivered in whole or in part by automated systems, including AI-powered assistants and virtual agents.
CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING & AUTOMATED COMMUNICATIONS
By consenting to receive text messages and automated communications from us, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
AI & AUTOMATED SYSTEMS DISCLOSURE
Client Convert uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automated systems to provide certain services, including but not limited to:
- AI-powered phone agents that may answer inbound calls, qualify leads, and provide information about our services or our clients’ services
- Automated text messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, service updates, and check-ins
- AI-assisted responses to your inquiries via text message
- Automated outbound calls for appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
By opting in to our services, you acknowledge and consent to receiving communications that may be generated, initiated, or delivered by AI or automated systems. You may be interacting with an AI agent rather than a human during phone calls or text message exchanges. You may request to speak with a human representative at any time.
E-SIGN DISCLOSURE
By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP to any text message.
COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES
We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this Text Message Service. However, message and data rates may apply. Depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.
FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES
Client Convert may send you text messages for the following purposes: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-ups regarding your inquiry or service, service updates, and check-ins related to ongoing services.
We may send you an initial message providing details about the service. After that, the number of text messages you receive will vary depending on how you use our services and your interactions with us. Message frequency varies. You may also receive messages in response to your direct communications with our team or automated systems.
OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES
If you no longer want to receive text messages, you may reply to any text message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After unsubscribing, we may send you a single confirmation of your opt-out via text message. Opting out of text messages does not affect communications you receive through other channels (email, phone calls, etc.) unless you separately opt out of those.
To opt out of AI-powered phone calls, you may contact us directly at the contact information below and request to be placed on our do-not-call list.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Nonetheless, we reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your opt-in consent records and related text messaging data for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with applicable regulations, including TCPA requirements. Other personal information collected through the Text Message Service will be retained in accordance with our general Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below, subject to our legal retention obligations.
DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information collected through our Text Message Service and automated communications from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
