Who we are

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Client Convert and its AI-powered systems may send you text messages (SMS and MMS) in connection with the services you have requested or inquired about. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive the following types of text messages:

  • Appointment Confirmations — Messages confirming scheduled appointments or service calls.
  • Appointment Reminders — Reminders sent prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Follow-Ups — Messages following up on your inquiry, service request, or recent appointment.
  • Service Updates — Notifications regarding the status of your service, project, or account.
  • Check-Ins — Periodic messages to ensure satisfaction with services rendered or to gather feedback.

These messages may be sent by automated systems, including AI-powered agents, on behalf of Client Convert or its clients. You are not required to consent to text messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Opting Out of Text Messages

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying to any message with any of the following keywords: STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send you a single confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from that number. If you wish to re-enroll, you may do so by contacting us or re-submitting a request through our website

Opting out of text messages does not automatically opt you out of other communication channels such as email or phone calls. To opt out of AI-powered phone calls, please contact us directly at 321-221-5323 or support@clientconvert.com and request to be placed on our do-not-call list

Message & Data Rates

Client Convert does not charge any fees for sending or receiving text messages through our service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable fees.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Client Convert and mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent through our service.

Client Convert is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, delays, or failures in the delivery of text messages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network congestion, carrier restrictions, device incompatibility, or changes to your mobile number or carrier plan.

Age Restriction

Our text messaging service and related services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By opting in to receive text messages or using any of our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has opted in to our messaging service, we will promptly remove their information and unsubscribe them from all communications.
